Hello everyone! Thanks for your good wishes! I've been quite dead lately as I had to move in less then 24 hrs. Not a fun task. I live in Windsor Ontario for those asking. Its a stones throw from Detroit Michigan. Anyways o have much more work to do as the previous tenants were dirty slobs. More pics coming in the days, and ultimately a walkthrough video!
